you ever get that feeling?

in your stomach? its not really stomach pain but more of a discomfort. such in a way that you feel like you’re not able to eat. almost like a nervous feeling. like butterflies. but they’re not butterflies. butterflies are pleasant to look at. this feeling comes from something unpleasant.
